The secret: air-pruning technology
The unique structure with nubs and air holes ensures that each root is channelled to an opening. As soon as the root tip reaches the air, it dries easily. This natural pruning(air-pruning) prevents root crippling and forces the plant to constantly form new fine lateral roots. The result: an extremely dense, branched root system that absorbs water and nutrients faster and more efficiently.
